About the role
OGP is scaling up to deliver on bigger missions for the public sector, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract, engage, and hire the builders, designers, and problem-solvers behind our products. You will be part of a small, fast-moving People team with the freedom to shape how hiring is done — from building systems that scale to crafting a candidate experience worth remembering.
This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves creating order from chaos, and believes that great hiring is both art and science.
What you will do
Own end-to-end recruitment across OGP, from active sourcing to offer close, with a focus on P0–P1 engineering, product, and design roles.
Partner directly with SWE leads and division heads on hiring priorities.
Build and maintain hiring metrics, dashboards, and SLAs; target closing six roles per month at steady state.
Drive proactive outbound sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, referrals, and community pipelines.
Build the TA function — processes, tooling, and frameworks — so OGP can hire at scale.
Maintain a single source of truth for open roles and hiring priorities
What we are looking for
Full-cycle in-house TA experience — you have independently owned the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, close).
Hands-on sourcing skills — comfortable running active outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and community pipelines; able to demonstrate results from past sourcing work.
Tech hiring experience — you have successfully closed SWE, Product, or Design roles and understand how to evaluate technical candidates, level appropriately, and manage expectations with engineering hiring managers.
Experience building TA processes or tooling from scratch in a startup or scaling organisation.
Exposure to employer branding, EVP, or candidate experience initiatives.

Projects we have worked on include:
FormSG — Zero-code form builder used by 44,000 public officers to collect over 58 million submissions securely since 2017.
RedeemSG — Digital voucher system powering $4.2 billion in government voucher spending across 211 campaigns, including $449 million in SG60 Vouchers in a single quarter.
Scamshield — Mobile app with 1.53 million installs that lets the public check suspicious calls and messages and report scams, detecting new scam numbers within 0.45 days on average.
