About the role
As a Workplace IT Manager, you will work with our Workplace, Internal Tooling and Security Engineering Teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our enterprise services and hardware systems, provide technical assistance to OGP users, and address usage issues. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you will do
User Support & Collaboration
Respond promptly to user inquiries with technical support and guidance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users, escalating where necessary.
Collaborate closely with Workplace, Internal Tooling, and Security Engineering teams to understand ongoing projects, updates, and potential challenges.
Device & Asset Management
Provision and deploy corporate devices using device management software.
Maintain accurate records in asset management systems to ensure all IT assets are tracked throughout their lifecycle.
Oversee procurement, renewal, and disposal processes for hardware, software, and licenses.
Systems, Network & Digital Environment Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of our digital environment — including network, device management, and enterprise tools — ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and up to date.
Monitor and maintain the health of network infrastructure (including SD-WAN technologies) to ensure optimal performance.
Review and analyse system logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Support the configuration and operations of cloud environments.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance system performance, user experience, and security posture.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure accountability and service quality.
Track contracts, renewals, and performance SLAs, coordinating with the Finance team where needed.
Evaluate vendor offerings and tools to recommend cost-effective and scalable solutions.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and internal documentation.
Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly guides for internal teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the overall digital workplace experience.
You’re the right person we’re looking for if:
You have practical experience and a track record of addressing technical challenges in enterprise services and network infrastructure. Certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
You are proficient in managing common enterprise services such as Okta, Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.
You are proficient in managing Mac hardware and related device management systems such as Kandji.
(Good to have) Experience in using scripts and/or automation tools to automate routine tasks and/or streamline configuration, deployment, and security processes.
(Good to have) Experience in security and incident response, including the use of SIEM tools in security incidents and/or the implementation of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response processes.

Parking.sg - A mobile app alternative to parking coupons. It lets users pay, extend, and refund their parking sessions just using their phones.
FormSG - A form builder tool for agencies to self-service and create online forms that capture classified data, with the goal of replacing paper forms.
Isomer - Isomer provides government agencies with an easy-to-deploy static website building and hosting service to create usable, secure and faster informational websites quickly.
RedeemSG - RedeemSG helps the Singapore Government to create, send and track redemptions of digital vouchers easily.
